Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We currently ship domestically throughout the United States.

How long does processing take?
Orders are handmade and processed within 1–3 business days.

What shipping methods do you use?
We ship via USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or Priority Flat Rate, depending on package size and destination.

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $50—automatically applied at checkout.

Do you offer local delivery or pickup?
We offer local delivery within San Diego for orders over $40. 

Returns & Order Issues

Do you accept returns?
Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if something arrived damaged or incorrect, reach out to us at canyonhousenaturals@gmail.com and we’ll try to make it right.

What if my order is wrong or missing an item?
Please email us at canyonhousenaturals@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order and we’ll fix the issue promptly.

Sustainability

Is our packaging eco-friendly?
Absolutely. We do our absolute best to use recyclable, minimal, and plastic-free packaging whenever possible.

Product Info

Are your products natural?
Yes! We use natural, high-quality ingredients— free from harsh chemicals or synthetic fragrances whenever possible. We also often add indigenous local herbs to our recipes and use ethically sourced ingredients. If vegan, check our product listings for individual details and whether products contain animal tallow.

How should I store my soap?
Keep your soap in a cool, dry place between uses—preferably on a draining soap dish—to extend its life and preserve its constitution.
